PROATEC has developed particular skills in the management of projects and programs oriented to strength youth and female employment by promoting sectorial policies both at the level of individual countries and by facilitating the articulation of regional dialogue between representatives of different countries.

In particular, PROATEC operates on the following issues:

• Analysis of the workforce and market skills and development of active labour policies;
• Analysis of the configuration of the labour market and management;
• Strengthen the capacities of employment services and offices;
• Development and planning of employment and wage policies;
• Development of legislation and mechanisms for social dialogue.
