The project concern the integrated development of the following: education, health, road and bridges infrastructures, storing development, agriculture, forestry and environment protection, rural development.
• Overall and Yearly Action Planning, including Development and Financial Plans;
• Technical assistance and Training to local technicians;
• Technical and Administrative Management;
• Preparation of progress reports.
