Description
Overall objective: To verify compliance with each of the milestones of the disbursement-linked indicators (IDL) of the Healthy Growth Project
Specific objectives:
a) Establish the methodology for verifying the information for each of the milestones of the disbursement indicators (Annex 4 of the Loan Agreement), in the institutions responsible for them.
b) Review and document the information related to the collection, construction and reporting of each of the milestones of the disbursement indicators (Annex 4 of the Loan Agreement) presented by the Healthy Growth Project.
c) Prepare reports on the verification of the milestones of the disbursement indicators.
Products
a) Preparation of a Work plan.
b) Drafting a Technical document on the methodology for the review of the milestones of the disbursement indicators, including instruments and verification plan.
c) Drafting a verification report for each of the milestones of the disbursement indicators (eight reports).
d) Drafting of a Monitoring report on the milestones of the indicators not met, one per quarter during the verification period.
